Review: Carols Daughter Acai Hydrating Face Butter

Carols Daughter Acai Hydrating Face Butter - $14

What is it?
This antioxidant-packed butter relieves and protects extra-dry skin.  Açai Butter revitalizes, Shea Butter moisturizes, Soybean Oil softens.  Super-fruit Açai revitalizes and reveals younger-looking skin. Natural oils like Soybean and Carrot Seed soften and moisturize you skin, keeping dry patches from ever seeing the light of day.  PLUS, No Parabens, No Petroleum, No Mineral Oil, No Artificial Colors - carolsdaughter.com

Why did I sample this?
I was in Carols Daughter buying Scar Butter and left with this as well.

Should you sample this?
The directions say it can be used morning and night.  It's too thick for me to use in the morning but just right for evening use.  A little goes a long way and its very moisturizing.  During the winter months my skin gets very dry and this relieves any dry patches I may have.  I know it sounds weird but my face looks "plumper" in the morning after using this.  I'm not sure if it's the combination of this and Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair, but my skin looks great.  If you are looking for a moisturizing night cream, you should sample this.
